Exploring distorted perceptions of reality I take an initial idea of shape and form and allow work to evolve by continually contemplating the image. From this, a more defined structure or theme emerges from my subconscious. I hope to stimulate and tempt the viewer to journey deeper into the picture by placing metaphorical question marks over the image.

My artistic philosophy is to create works with integrity, characterised by one or more of the following statements: Witty, playful, contemplative, symbolic, beguiling, illusory, thought provoking, challenging, disturbing, or shocking.
